How Wild Zombies features connect
A Wild system built over 16 paylines
The base structure uses five reels, four rows and 16 fixed paylines. Wild Zombies then overlays several Wild states on that board rather than relying on one universal symbol behaviour. A Wild may appear as a stack, remain sticky, nudge into view or walk across the reels. Each state affects where substitution and multiplier information is displayed.
Because paylines remain fixed, expanded Wild coverage can influence several line paths at once. The four-row height makes a full stack visually obvious, while five reel columns provide room for a walking character to move. Coloured frames distinguish separate zombie Wilds when more than one feature element is present.

Sticky Wild activation
Sticky Wilds stay connected to their reel position during the associated feature sequence. The official intro states that they trigger Brain Lab Respins, linking retention and respin behaviour directly. While surrounding symbols refresh, the sticky element gives the sequence a persistent reference point.
The word sticky describes position retention; it does not describe every Wild in the game. Stacked and walking versions use different movement rules. Keeping those labels separate makes the feature flow easier to read when several zombie characters occupy the board.
Brain Lab Respin cycle
Brain Lab Respins are the repeated-spin state opened by Sticky Wilds. The laboratory setting is represented by brain jars, slime, metal frames and chemical containers. During a respin, new symbols are evaluated while sticky information remains available, creating another opportunity for the 16 paylines to connect with Wild coverage.
Respins appear in the official feature list as their own mechanic, while the demo intro identifies the trigger. This confirms both the existence of the cycle and its relationship to Sticky Wilds without treating it as a generic reel refresh.

Nudge and expanded coverage
Nudge is listed among the Wild Zombies features. In a nudge state, expanded reel content can shift vertically so more of the character or stack enters the visible four-row window. This complements Stacked Wilds because a partially visible zombie can move into a stronger reel position before the result is evaluated.
The official imagery uses tall character strips to communicate this movement. A lumberjack, doctor or cheerleader can fill several cells, with the multiplier printed near the base. The frame colour stays consistent as the stack moves, preserving the identity of the active Wild.
Walking Wilds and Wild Spin
Walking Wilds move expanded zombie symbols across reel columns. The official introduction describes Expanded Wilds roaming the reels, and Popiplay lists both Walking Wilds and Wild Spin. Together, these features make Wild location a changing part of successive game states rather than a static substitution tile.
Wild Spin provides a dedicated Wild-focused state, while walking movement determines how an expanded character progresses. The current reel position remains visible through the coloured full-height frame. This allows the player to track coverage without losing the underlying payline grid.

Bonus Buy and Free Spins Boost
Bonus Buy and Free Spins Boost are listed as optional feature controls. Bonus Buy appears as a yellow circular control beside the reels in the official demo. Free Spins Boost identifies an enhanced entry option connected to the free-spin feature. Both controls are separate from the normal spin button and current bet display.
Their placement makes the selected route visible before activation. The loaded game provides the current configuration and displayed values, while the stable product characteristics are the presence of the two controls and their connection to bonus play.
